Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using WebLaunch Lab services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Services Description

WebLaunch Lab provides website design and development services for local businesses, including specialized consultation funnels for professionals such as mortgage loan officers. Our services include:

• Custom website design and development
• Consultation funnel creation
• Integration with third-party services (Calendly, forms, etc.)
• Technical support during the build process
• Compliance assistance (NMLS, RESPA guidelines)

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service package:

• Deposit required to reserve build slot ($250 standard)
• Balance due upon project approval and delivery
• Refunds available if we cannot deliver as promised
• Additional revision requests beyond scope may incur fees

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery terms:

• 7 business day delivery guarantee for consultation funnels
• One round of revisions included in base price
• Additional revisions: Text changes $50, Design changes from $150
• Client must provide required materials within 48 hours of request

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information and licensing details
• Reviewing all compliance information for accuracy
• Ensuring all provided content is legally compliant
• Timely response to requests for information or feedback
• Final approval before project delivery

Compliance Disclaimer

While we include standard compliance elements (NMLS displays, disclaimers, etc.), clients are solely responsible for ensuring all content meets their specific regulatory requirements. We recommend final review by your compliance team before going live.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of their website and all custom content created specifically for their project. Template components and our proprietary frameworks remain the property of WebLaunch Lab.

Service Limitations

Our consultation funnel service specifically excludes:

• Live rate calculators or quote tools
• IDX or MLS integrations
• Custom CRM development
• Multi-page websites
• Blog or content management systems
• Ongoing hosting (recommendations provided)

Warranty and Liability

We warrant that delivered websites will meet stated acceptance criteria. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for business outcomes, compliance violations, or technical issues arising from third-party integrations.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Completed work will be delivered and billed. Refunds are provided only if we cannot deliver promised services.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
